My Sous Weed® blog is dedicated to using cannabis as a superfood ingredient rather than just a psychoactive additive. Cannabis is a versatile, nutrient-dense vegetable and should be embraced as a culinary challenge. Many recipes on my blog pay tribute to the native ingredients and flavors of my Taiwanese American heritage, while also exploring new cooking techniques and the evolving mindsets of today’s generation.
This passion project, initiated in 2015, has opened doors to incredible opportunities. It has led to features in prominent publications such as Vogue, Bon Appetit, and High Times. Excitingly, it has also resulted in a cookbook deal, fulfilling a huge dream of mine.
